Service agreement

This agreement is between Pups in Motion (Provider) and Client for the care of Client's pet(s).

Services Provided:

- Dog walking, dog sitting, cat sitting, and house sitting as outlined in the booking confirmation.

- Provider will exercise reasonable care and attention during all services.

Client Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about pet's health, behavior, and needs.

- Ensure pet(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations and parasite prevention.

- Provide safe access to the home (keys, codes, etc.).

Provider Responsibilities:

- Provide services as scheduled and agreed.

- Notify Client immediately of any accidents, injuries, or emergencies.

- Use reasonable care to ensure pet's safety and well-being.

Emergencies:

- If pet requires veterinary care, Provider will make every effort to contact Client.

- If Client is unreachable, Provider is authorized to seek veterinary care at Client's expense.

Payment & Cancellations:

- Payment is due at the time of booking.

- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

Liability:

- Provider is not responsible for injury, loss, or death of pets due to pre-existing conditions, natural disasters, theft, or circumstances beyond control.

Vaccination Disclaimer

For the safety of all pets in our care, we require that all dogs and cats are:

- Up-to-date on core vaccinations (parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, rabies as applicable).

- Current on flea, tick, and worm prevention.

By booking services with Pups in Motion, you confirm that:

- Your pet's vaccinations are current and documented.

- Your pet does not show signs of illness at the time of service.

*Pups in Motion reserves the right to refuse service if a pet appears unwell or at risk of spreading illness.*

30-Minute Dog Walk:

A refreshing solo walk tailored to your dog's pace, complete with water breaks, play, and lots of attention. Perfect for daily exercise and stimulation.

1-Hour Dog Walk:

An extended walk to burn energy, explore, and keep tails wagging. Ideal for active pups needing extra activity.

House sitting/Over night stays:

Reliable care in your home for dogs, cats and other pets. Includes feeding, cuddles, walks and home security while you're away.
